What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Because every item is custom-made to order, production begins almost immediately. If you need to change your address or cancel an order, please email support@divinemajestyapparel.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an item enters production, we can no longer make edits or cancellations.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! As soon as your order is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. If you don't see it, please check your spam/promotions folder.
Production & Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Every product is crafted individually for you after purchase. Our standard timeline is:
- Production time: 1-3 days
- Shipping time: 7-12 days
- Total fulfilment days: 8-15 days
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight:

How do I track my package?
Once your order is processed and handed to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
What if my address was entered incorrectly?
Please double-check your shipping address prior to checkout. Divine Majesty Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

Our apparel runs loose and oversized. For a more standard modern fit downsize one size
How should I wash and care for my apparel?
To maintain vibrant print quality and extend fabric longevity:
- Wash inside-out in cold water with mild detergent.
- Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang-dry for optimal longevity.
- Do not iron directly on printed graphics
