Divine Majesty Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Divine Majesty. Every item is custom-made especially for you once your order is placed. Because we use a print-on-demand fulfillment process, production begins after your purchase is confirmed.
Order Processing
● Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
● Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
● During holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Shipping Times
After production is complete, estimated delivery times are:
● United States: 7–15 business days
● Canada: 7–18 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipping label has been created.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages. This helps ensure the fastest possible delivery from our fulfillment partners.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier’s investigation.
Customs & International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
